- Of course the class was a little technically overwhelming for someone just starting. However, the instructor could not have been any better than she was. She covered the technical points in a manner that was understandable but, even better, she was always willing to stop and address questions until the student had a good understanding of the point(s) in question. She did not try and rush through any item in question but took whatever time was necessary to make sure I understood. For anyone just starting on Ebay they couldn't possibly find a better way to start than with Bernadette as their instructor.
